Hank Salerno has been named the General Manager of TrackMyFile. Since 2009, Salerno has been the Manager of Financial Processing Systems, a software developer of Escrow Closing systems. Salerno will continue this role in addition to assuming the new position with TrackMyFile. Prior to returning from retirement to manage Financial Processing Systems, Salerno served as Senior Vice President of software development for FPS. He has served in management for FPS for the past 25 years.Christine Jacobsen was named Acting Product Manager and Sales Director. She is responsible for product planning throughout product lifecycle, product and customer satisfaction, product development, sales, marketing and support. Jacobsen is responsible for all product demonstrations, marketing, new client procurement and existing client retention, training and ongoing support, including identifying and implementing re-engineering solutions.
