His broad Sales and Marketing Management background and experience have been results-oriented with a proven track record demonstrated by successful and profitable accomplishments. Key strengths and problem-solving skills have been honed through hands-on operations in diverse and competitive environments which have enabled him to train and speak on the business topics.
Mike has been an executive with and consultant to homebuilders, financial institutions and government agencies, including the FDIC, the State of Rhode Island, Fleet Bank and Shawmut Banks. He was the VP of marketing for Southwest Diversified/Coscan, for Shappell Industries, and Leisure Technology, and Chief Operating Officer for K. Hovnanian Western Group, the Empire Company
He is a licensed real estate broker in California, Massachusetts and Rhode Island and is a licensed general contractor in California. Mike is Chairman of the Board of HQZ Experts, a Board member of the Inland Empire Building Industry Association (BIA), and also the past-President of the Inland Empire Seniors Housing Council and Sales & Marketing Council. He participates in panel discussions and speaks frequently at ' meetings and events.
